Refund Policy

At Abhishek Holiday’s, we aim to maintain transparency and fairness in our refund process.

Cancellation and Refund Eligibility

Refund eligibility depends on the time of cancellation and the type of package booked. Customers must inform cancellation requests as early as possible to be eligible for partial refunds.

Cancellation Charges

  • Early cancellations may be eligible for partial refunds after deductions
  • Last-minute cancellations may not be eligible for refunds
  • No refund will be provided for no-shows or unused services

Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days. The amount will be credited through the original payment method or as mutually agreed.

Non-Refundable Services

Certain bookings such as hotel reservations, transport tickets, or special packages may be non-refundable, depending on third-party policies.

Company-Initiated Cancellations

In rare cases where we cancel a trip due to unavoidable circumstances, customers will be offered an alternative package or a suitable refund.
